Richard Ngo is a seasoned executive and founding partner of Intact Qualitative Research (IQR), where he drives the firm's strategic vision, operational excellence, and consistent delivery of high-quality market research services.
With over 20 years of experience in the market research industry—spanning recruiting, project management, and facility oversight in the demanding San Francisco market—Richard has established a strong foundation for the firm. He’s recognized for his strategic thinking and ability to generate innovative solutions for clients.
Richard's career began with foundational roles at leading research firms including Plaza Research, Focus Pointe Global SF (formerly CRA Super Rooms), and Greenberg Studios. In 2008, he leveraged this extensive experience to open Intact Qualitative Research.
Beyond his professional life, Richard embodies discipline and perseverance. He’s a committed family man and an avid outdoorsman who finds balance through daily running and fishing. He also serves as the company’s in-house sommelier.

Debra Tysall is an accomplished Project Management Director at Intact Qualitative Research (IQR), known for navigating complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives and fostering strong client relationships built on trust and communication.
With a career that spans continents and industries, from high-stakes insurance loss adjustment in the United Kingdom to market research and hospitality in the United States, Debra brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to project leadership.
Her background includes a significant role as a Senior Loss Adjuster, where she managed multi-million-dollar losses. This foundation of rigorous problem-solving and high-level responsibility is balanced by her experience as a chef and caterer, which honed her adaptability and client-focused approach.
Since joining IQR in 2010, Debra has been a pivotal force, leveraging her international experience and diverse skill set to drive project success. Her ability to cultivate strong relationships and adapt seamlessly to new environments is a key differentiator in managing diverse teams and client needs.
Away from work, Debra enjoys combining her passion for cooking with watching tennis, and remains a lifelong supporter of Manchester United.
