To keep everyone safe, we’ve formulated plans and taken steps to exceed all requirements for safety and cleanliness

For the safety of participants, clients, and employees, IQRSF has implemented operational changes such as sanitization stations and thorough disinfection of the focus group room after each group to name a few.

Our space continues to be the only research facility in San Francisco that offers complete privacy. This means we only offer our space to one client at a time, and that equates to less foot traffic.

Our goal is for successful research sessions and for our clients to have the confidence knowing all safety measures are being taken. Please remember all changes are subject to change.

Despite the new procedures, this San Francisco Market Research focus group boutique setup still offers a creative space to conduct a wide array of research discussions.

At IQRSF, we have more than 20 years of experience serving large corporate brands, such as Facebook, Google and Pinterest.

Here’s what our clients and colleagues can expect when conducting in-person studies at our space:

  • We will have disposable masks on hand for any client/participants who would like one, but participants must remove masks during the focus group sessions

  • There will be hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility space

  • IQ Team will thoroughly sanitize with hospital-grade disinfectant between each group session

  • Our HVAC filters have been replaced with hospital-grade air filters

  • Client viewing room has windows that open up if clients wish to have fresh air circulate

  • We will continue only renting out our space to one client at a time. Clients will be able to enjoy all 2000 square feet exclusively, and a dedicated Project Assistant is included in all rental fees

  • The ability to customize the space and/or adjust it on a moment’s notice to fit client needs

  • Onsite Moderators if clients do not wish to travel

  • High-Definition Video Conferencing if the moderator wishes to conduct the study remotely, we’ll still have respondents arrive at our facility space
